MicroFloor 600

MicroFloor 600 Product Overview
MicroFloor 600 is a raise access, secondary flooring system which is a cost effective alternative to metal clad panels and is suitable for both refurbishment and new build projects. MicroFloor 600 is commonly specified and installed in commercial, residential, retail and leisure, projects across the UK.
MicroFloor 600 uses block pedestals which are bonded to the substrate with epoxy resin adhesive. Pedestal adjustment is made using leveling shims which are used to ensure the specified floor finish level (FFL) is obtained. Normally 30mm (light grade) or 38mm (medium grade) panels are positioned on the blocks and aligned by pre-installed location cap fins. Panels can be left bare or can be supplied with a range of factory bonded finishes which include vinyl, HPL, carpet, ceramic and natural stone.
Panels can be removed with a key lifter to enable access to the floor void. A wide range of accessories are available including floorboxes, bridging units, air diffusers, ramps and steps depending on site specific requirements.
